Coaching Programs “Learning what to choose, and how to choose, may be the most important education you will ever receive.” Welcome to Coaching 4 Positive Change… The best way to understand the true value and potential benefits of coaching is to experience it personally. Until you've had the experience of coaching, it will remain a concept in your mind. Congratulations for making the decision to schedule a session for yourself. Monthly Coaching Coaching on a monthly basis is designed to help you define goals in all areas of your life, create strategies and take consistent, directed action, collaborate and brainstorm on any issues you are facing, all with the support of your coach/partner to help you achieve clarity and get you moving quickly, keep you on track and eliminate obstacles in your way so you can get the results you want faster than you would on your own. Our initial Discovery Session is 70 minutes and costs $225.00. To get the most out of your Discovery session with me, spend a few minutes thinking about something you'd like to be coached around. Perhaps a current challenge, a goal you'd like to achieve or an issue you'd like to resolve. When we schedule the appointment, be prepared to start “on time.” We'll spend a few minutes with introductions, then jump immediately into coaching. At the end of our call, I'll give you more information about working with me as a coach. Ongoing monthly coaching meets twice a month. Two 30-minute sessions is $197 per month, two 45-minute sessions is $297 per month, and two 60-minute sessions is $394 per month. A four call monthly program is offered for those individuals who want to accelerate their focus and learning, and quickly master the skills to achieve their results. These calls are 45 minutes. Program cost is $594. Exploration / Problem Solving Session Work with me to explore an opportunity or to get clarity on a particular decision, challenge or goal with which you feel stuck and unable to resolve. Scheduled by the hour at $197 per hour. My approach is to help you understand what you want, why you want it, and then assist you in creating action plans to close the gap from where you are to where you want to be.
